Our services include mechanical and plumbing design for the Veterinary Clinic Building 856 located on Scott Air Force Base. The project consists of approximately 1,700sf of renovation and 1,000sf of addition to the facility.
The new clinic expands on the functional requirements of the facility, and implements the systems upgrades. The project will include total interior renovation of the existing structure with the annexation of new structure to facilitate the program needs.
Setty’s services for this ongoing project include plumbing design for Johns Hopkins University School CMSC 7, Blablock 7 and CMSC 8.

Serving the people of Loudoun for over 100 years, Loudoun Hospital first opened its doors at downtown Leesburg in the year 1912. The Inova Loudoun Hospital Strategic master plan includes new main hospital entrance, better road access, a staff parking lot and new north Patient Tower under the 6 stage new construction renovation project.
SETTY along with Valley Engineering will provide MEP/FP design services in accordance with Mechanical Design conditions stated in the Inova Master Plan.
The University of Maryland Medical Center (UMMC) has the need to renovate and consolidate two Clinic spaces in our North Hospital, Ground floor. The clinics (Surgical and Oral Maxiofacial) are dated and inefficient. The Oral Maxiofacial (OMFS) clinic is currently housed in approximately 3,400 SF and is planned to be relocated to an offsite facility with some accommodation for that program to be incorporated into an expanded Surgical clinic.
The Surgical clinic is currently housed in approximately 4,450SF and has the need for a combined total of six to eight Exam Rooms, a Dental X-Ray Room and two Minor Procedure Rooms. There exists approximately 1,500 square feet of adjacent space that may be considered for expansion.

The VCCC Project will assist building partners to accelerate the discovery of new cancer treatments, attract the nation’s leading cancer researchers and provide a centre of excellence for people affected by cancer.

Setty is providing MEP/FP design services, technical specifications, working drawings, cost estimates, as-built drawings, construction administration services, and site visits for the VA Medical Center in Perry Point, MD. We are also providing a complete design for the construction of a new heating, ventilation and air conditioning system for Buildings 3H, 4H and 5H of the facility, with an Engineering Analysis Report (EAR) to include energy conservation, plumbing and sanitary, electrical, architectural and cost estimates.
The Children's Evaluation and Rehabilitation Center (CERC) at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine provides clinical services for infants, children, and adolescents on physical, developmental, language and learning disabilities. CERC is a major component of the Rose F. Kennedy University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities Education, Research and Service (UCEDD).
