Our services include MEP/FP design services for Patterson-Claremont School (formerly Patterson High School). The total site area for Patterson High School, is approximately 36.7 acres which includes buildings, parking and athletic facilities. The Building structures includes: Main Academic Wing, Mechanical Room, Swimming Pool, Gymnasium, Auditorium, Ninth Grade Academy Wing and Administrative Wing.
The VA operates the nation's largest integrated health care system, with more than 1,700 hospitals, clinics, community living centers, domiciliaries, readjustment counseling centers, and other facilities.
Setty is honored to provide professional design services for the replacement of the primary electrical distribution equipment and conductors at the Northport VA Medical Center. This project also includes replacement of the substation serving the Campus. The Project will comply with VA adopted codes and standards including VA Directives, Design Manuals, Master Construction Specifications, Design Criteria and other Guidance.
Setty’s services include Electrical Design Services for Building 4 at Harriman Campus. Harriman Building is a three story office building with a penthouse and approximately 165,000 sf. Since the building is filled with asbestos, everything will be demolished except the steel structure, floor slabs, roof, and major utility feeders which come through the foundation slab. The new use will feature an open-office environment. Setty is providing electrical engineering design services to install new switchgear, two new electrical panel rooms per floor, two new communications rooms per floor, and will distribute power and data under a new raised floor system.

Our services include MEP/FP design-build approach for modernization of Benning Park Community Center of approximately 24,000 sf. Renovation spaces include to multi-purpose, kitchen, computer lab, fitness area, dance studio, office area, reception area, lounge area, locker rooms, restrooms, boxing area, gymnasium and ADA accessibility upgrades. Pool and Pool house scope includes water services and replacement of all MEP/FP systems.
Setty’s services include MEP/FP design, BIM/Revit Modeling, Construction Administration and LEED for the new Washington Wizards Training Center to be built in downtown Washington, DC within easy access to the Wizards’ home court at the Verizon Center. The 65,000 SF, 3-story training facility includes two practice courts, locker rooms, training rooms, and three outdoor public basketball courts. The design also includes retail space.
To encourage public participation, the facility will be designed to accommodate city basketball events and will include a public viewing area overlooking the practice courts. This new facility will provide the players, coaches, and staff the resources necessary for success.
Our services include MEP/FP design-build approach for new multi-story buildings as an Emergency Family Shelter of approximately 25,000 – 40,000 sf to house 50+/- units. Each unit shall be 300-450 sf. This facility shall include dormitory style bathroom accommodations along with purposefully located family bathrooms with tubs, a kitchen and dining area and general community recreation space.
Setty is providing MEP/FP design services for the planned renovation of Anderson Hall residence building located at the south side of the university campus. Anderson Hall was constructed in the year 1965. The structure consists of nine flooring sections in total, consisting of steel & masonry construction, with a gross square footage of 227,150. The facility consists of 403 residential rooms. The renovation includes the basement mechanical and penthouse mechanical space, the basement level administrative spaces and the terrace thru 6th floor building interior student residential spaces.

The East New York Incubator (ENYI) is located in the East New York neighborhood of Brooklyn. The ENYI contains a one-story building that is used as an industrial space that currently has four tenants. Currently, the space is divided into (2) 5,000 sf tenant spaces and (2) 10,000 sf tenants’ spaces and 30,000 sf open parking area. Current tenant use includes manufacturing, packaging and import & export.
The principal client is NYC Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC), who is responsible for implementing and managing all of the contracts through LiRo as the Construction Manager for the Project. Setty has been contracted by LiRo to lead their team of MEP/FP Engineers plus architectural, civil, structural, utilities investigation, and cost estimating sub-consultants for all design and CA task services. The building/site rehabilitation and tenant project scope includes upgrading, rehabilitating, restoring interiors and exterior envelope, as well as the mechanical, electrical, exterior lighting, site drainage, pavement replacement and façade/Roof restoration of the building and site. The facility will remain in operation during this phased construction, and Setty’s design documents are to reflect required phasing for all the building and site restoration work.
