SETTY provided the Mechanical and Plumbing Design for this 26-story mixed use space with high end condos, retail shops, gathering spaces, a clubhouse and garage is truly one of the cornerstones of the Durham, NC downtown area.

The Austin Lawrence Partners, $40 million, 424,000 sf high-rise at the former Woolworth’s site houses about 21,000 square feet of street-level retail space; interior parking on floors two and three; 62,000 square feet of office space on floors three, four and five; and a stepped-back tower accommodating 130 to 134 apartments. One City Center is downtown Durham’s largest most iconic building.
