CONSTRUCTION QUALITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES

SETTY planned, scheduled, coordinated and assured effective and timely performance of all A/E and general construction services at the J. Edgar Hoover Building, FBI Headquarters. This included the replacement of the 11 Motor Control Centers, the building of new wire closets, and the replacement of existing panelboards and relocation of such panels and branch circuits to allow existing closets to meet current codes, and rerouted the building’s HVAC and sprinkler systems around the new electrical closets.
