Mixed Use

SETTY services include Energy Modeling, Mechanical-Plumbing-Fire Protection design, LEED, BIM/Revit Modeling, and Construction Administration for the Rhode Island project located on Blocks 1A, 1B and 5B in the 680 Rhode Island Ave Development in Washington, D.C. Building 5B will have about 130,000 GSF to house approximately 145 rental units. There will be approximately 6,000 GSF of retail (cold dark shell only). A 2-story underground garage will be designed to hold about 80 spaces.

The building will be of 5 stories in height including the penthouse, Type 3A Construction over a two-story concrete IA construction under the podium slab. The first floor will contain the apartment lobby, leasing office, building support areas, amenities, and retail. The courtyard level will have landscaped plaza, residential units, and amenities on the concrete structure.
