DC DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES, CLEAN AIR BUILDING ASSESSMENT & DESIGN
The Department of General Services was charged with the design and construction of a stabilization projects that would improve HVAC operations for both non-modernized and modernized schools. With the onset of the COVID emergency, the DGS decided that a more comprehensive assessment and retrofit of the existing systems is mandatory to ensure an optimal HVAC/air quality environment is provided for students, faculty, and visitors to 117 active public-school buildings. Central to these upgrades is the Building Automation Systems (entiliWEB). This scope of work aims to install a Delta Controls enteliWEB facility and energy management system at each facility to monitor and control the main HVAC equipment from a remote network operations center.
