MEP/FP design for the renovation of MedStar Montgomery Medical Center – RA Room of approximately 325 SF in size. Scope includes modification of existing Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC systems.

MedStar MMC Breast Health Suite Renovation, Olney, MD

MEP/FP design and construction administration for the renovation of Breast Imaging Center of approximately 8,400 SF and approximately 1,000 SF additional renovation to a space at the Psychiatric Unit.

Plumbing and Electrical engineering design towards installation of a coffee Kiosk at the MedStar Montgomery Medical Center. The kiosk covers approximately 140 SF and is located in the open lobby area.

MEP/FP design for the renovation of MedStar MMC Medical Oncology Suite of approximately 2,100 SF. It consists of exam rooms, waiting area, offices and reception area.

MedStar MMC - MFM Suite Renovation, Olney, MD

MEP/FP design and construction administration towards renovation of a Maternal and Foetal Medicine Suite at Medstar Montgomery Medical Center. The suite is approximately 1,600 SF and consists of offices, exam rooms, reception, waiting in addition to two Ultra sound rooms.

MEP/FP design and Construction Administration for the Pharmacy Renovation at Medstar Montgomery Medical Center. Scope includes conversion of an existing 1,350 SF office space into a pharmacy with a processing area, waiting room, retail space and office space.

MedStar Health PT Office, Arlington, VA

MEP/FP design and Construction Administration for the renovation of the 2,650 SF MedStar Health PT Offices. The scope incudes converting three conference rooms, reception and one large waiting room into the PT gym expansion in addition to light HVAC and plumbing Renovation.

MEP/FP design, Construction Administration and Condition Assessment towards renovation of the MedStar Offices of approximately 17,000 SF.

MedStar Washington Hospital (WHS) New Toilet Room, Washington, DC

MEP/FP engineering design for a new 55 SF, single restroom at the trinity health center located within MedStar WHC.
