H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute is a nonprofit cancer treatment and research center located in Tampa, Florida. Established in 1981 by the Florida Legislature, the hospital opened in October 1986, on the University of South Florida campus.

The Research Master Space Plan (RMSP) was envisioned to develop guiding principles for building standards, infrastructure, renovations, wet and dry lab space optimization and utilization, space for common equipment, tissue culture, bio-banking and storage, as well as associated administrative, education, collaboration and meeting spaces. This plan will serve as a template for research space for the Moffitt Cancer Center for the next 25 years.

For a visionary project like this, SETTY is providing M/E/P/FP/FA support services for the RMSP along with its partner EYP.
