Morgan State University is a 152-acre urban campus, representing a total of 3,568,464 GSF, which includes 22 academic facilities, 13 student support and auxiliary facilities, such as residence halls and a student union, and 10 institutional support facilities.

SETTY services include MEP/FP design engineering services for this new state-of-the-art Carnegie High Research R1 science center. The new research Science Center is 135,539 NASF/ 246,435 GSF for the Biology and Chemistry Departments. The goals of the center are to to assist in addressing the health concerns of the urban environment and the nation; To help support graduate and undergraduate research programs in the departments of biology, chemistry and physics; and to assist the school in attracting new faculty to expand the departments' funded research potential. The Project includes design services for both the design and demolition of all existing structures and the design and construction of a new Science Center.

The 2 phased project includes Design and Demolition of the Washington Service Center and ancillary structures/tanks, and more as phase I and Design and construction for the new Science Center as Phase II.
