Building 235 K-Wing HVAC Deficiency Study

A/E services to perform necessary evaluation of the existing HVAC System to identify the deficiencies. SETTY also performed a complete testing and balancing of the HVAC system and all spaces in the K-Wing to confirm that the system is working per original design.

High Bay Conversion to Usable Office Space Building 226

SETTY provided comprehensive architectural and engineering interior office renovation design and PCAS services in converting an existing Storage Mezzanine area B257 and B263 in NIST Building 226 High Bay portion. SETTY investigated existing conditions in and around the work area, evaluated the support of programmed project objectives and developed plans for demolition of existing items and structures.

Fire Alarm Panel Notification Appliances Upgrade Building 231

Prepared construction documents for upgrading Fire Alarm Panels, Nodes 17 through 20, and notification appliances.

Replace Steam Injection Assemblies, AML AHUs Buildings 215, 216, 217, 218, 219

Developed design and construction documents to replace the steam injection assemblies in sixteen (16) of the air handlers.  Replacement of steam injection assemblies, steam control valves, shut-off valves, gauges and insulation. 

 Building 101 Restroom Renovation

Provided A/E services which includes an independent detailed existing conditions survey of the specific restroom locations and existing and available building utilities.

 Building. 226 Rm B257 High Bay PCAS

SETTY scope includes comprehensive architectural and engineering interior office renovation design and PCAS services in converting an existing Storage Mezzanine area B257 and B263 in NIST Building 226 High Bay portion.
