The School Construction Authority's (SCA) mission is to design and construct safe, attractive and environmentally sound public schools for children throughout the many communities of New York City. The Authority is overseen by a three-member Board of Trustees with an aim of building and modernizing schools in a responsible, cost-effective manner while achieving the highest standards of excellence in safety, quality and integrity.

SETTY was awarded the Building Commissioning contract to perform services in accordance with the individual project schedule established by the SCA. Our scope of services include MEP/FP design review and commissioning review of HVAC and associated controls, lighting controls, domestic hot water systems, domestic and process water pumping and controls & emergency generator.
