Home of the 2019 WNBA Champions, Washington Mystics, the new state of the art facility also serves as the Washington Wizards new training facility and is capable of hosting concerts and community events. The 118,000 SF arena along with the 65,000 SF practice facility was opened in 2018 at a cost of $65,000,000. The high-tech practice facility features advanced electronic player data storage, therapy pools, a kitchen and several training rooms for player rehabilitation and strengthening.
The facility was designed by Rossetti Architects out of Detroit and Marshall Moya Design out of Washington DC and SETTY is the proud Engineer of Record. Our services included MEP/FP design, BIM/Revit Modeling, Construction Administration and LEED. SETTY also managed the audio-visual/IT design effort and are proud to continue our service to the City of Washington DC and the NBA.
