The Austin Federal Courthouse is located in downtown Austin, Texas, on a full city block directly west of Republic Square Park.

SETTY provided commissioning services towards construction of the Austin Federal Courthouse. The scope of work includes demolition of existing structure for construction of a seven-story building of approximately 211,700 SF space. The building also contains 65 parking spaces inside. The exterior design is contemporary with an interlocking design where the upper part of the courtrooms extends into the next floor providing a very compact and efficient design.

The courthouse provides space for one Special Proceedings Courtroom, four District Courtrooms, three Magistrate Courtrooms, six District Judge Chambers, three Magistrate Judge Chambers in addition to the U.S. Marshals, Clerk, Probation, Pretrial Services and trial preparation space for the U.S. Attorney and Public Defender.
