NEW STUDENT CENTER UNION BUILDING, COMMISSIONING SERVICES

SETTY provided LEED Commissioning Agent services for the New Student Center at Bowie State University, located in Bowie, MD. This 95,000 sf project includes food service spaces, a bookstore, student organizations, student affairs and administrative offices, recreation space and multipurpose rooms. This is a LEED Gold certified project.

The scope of work includes commissioning of several systems including the HVAC systems and its associated controls, Lighting & Day Lighting systems, Domestic hot waters systems, Renewable energy systems and the Emergency generator.
