HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICE CENTER (HHSC) COMMISSIONING

SETTY provided Commissioning services for the Health and Human Services Center at the Morgan State University located on 1700 E Cold Springs Lane, Baltimore, MD.

NEW STUDENT SERVICES BUILDING, CHILLED WATER RETRO-COMMISSIONING

SETTY services includes Retro‐Commissioning for the centralized chilled water system to the design of the new Student Services Building.

The project includes commissioning of the two chilled water pumps P-1 & P2 in addition to the associated flowmeters, temperature sensors, control valves and sequences of operations at three (3) buildings, namely, The Richardson Library, The Student Center and at the Hurt Gymnasium.

The chilled water pump was also commissioned towards the Water cooled chillers (CH-1, CH-2 & CH-3); The HX-2 & P-3 heat exchanger & pump, Chilled water pumps (P-1, P-2 & P-3)

NEW STUDENT SERVICES BUILDING, LEED CX SERVICES

SETTY provided LEED Commissioning services for the new 138,000 sf Student Services Building. The Student Services Building includes several facilities such as: State-of-the-art offices, meeting spaces , visitor area / reception / waiting area / information and work spaces, training spaces for faculty & staff, lounge facilities, parking spaces, appropriate building support facilities, etc.

As a part of the projects, various systems such as HVAC & Refrigeration, Mechanical systems, Lighting & De-lighting Controls, Domestic hot water systems, Renewable energy systems etc. were commissioned.
