Sterling Library is the community's information center, providing free and equal access to a full variety of library resources and innovative technologies.

SETTY services include MEP/FP design with fit out for the Sterling Library of approximately 14,500 SF. The entire space is designed to be flexible and transformable. The project aimed at renewing and repurposing the space providing second life to a former shopping center.

The library's new design includes a larger dedicated children's area and a unique teen area. For adults, there is now a more expansive area to accommodate a variety of needs. The library also features group and individual study rooms, as well as meeting spaces, providing versatile options for collaboration and quiet study.

Additionally, the library contains computer areas, lounge seating, and a laptop area to support diverse forms of learning and relaxation. The entire library is equipped with power outlets and WiFi, ensuring connectivity for all visitors.
