SETTY provided comprehensive Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design services for a new 32,000 square-foot 2nd District Police Station in Bethesda. This four-story structure, partially utilizing a public parking garage for police parking, was designed to meet Montgomery County standards, including green building and sustainability goals, energy guidelines, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.

In 2019, the building received LEED Silver certification, with SETTY's design playing a crucial role in this achievement.

The facility includes a Public Meeting Room, Victim/Witness Interview Room, Victim Witness/Community Resources Office, Public Lobby, Public Toilets, Office Spaces, Conference Rooms, Storage Rooms, Weapon Cleaning Room, Secure Interview Rooms, Prisoner Holding Cells/Rooms, Locker/Shower Room, and a Gym.
