The School District of Philadelphia (SDP) is the school district that includes all public schools in Philadelphia. It is the 8th largest school district in the nation, by enrollment, serving over 200,000 students across 342 schools.

SETTY is pleased to be taking on the renovation project for 11 schools. SETTY services include M/E/P design, BIM/Revit Modeling and Construction, Administration for Modernization of 160 classrooms in 11 elementary schools of SDP. The schools and their respective numbers of classrooms are as follows:

• Francis Scott Key (13 Classrooms);

• Samuel L. Gompers (10 Classrooms);

• George Sharswood (16 Classrooms);

• Cayuga (19 Classrooms);

• John Welsh (10 Classrooms);

• John B. Kelly (23 Classrooms);

• Ellwood (11 Classrooms);

• Fox Chase (17 Classrooms);

• Robert B. Pollock (14 Classrooms);

• Overbrook Educational Center (8 Classrooms);

• John Marshall (19 Classrooms).

The work includes New LED Lighting, New Duplex Power Outlets, New CAT6 Data Outlets, New or refurbished Power Panels as required, Minimal Replacement of Plumbing Fixtures as required, Replacement of non-functioning heating radiators as required.
