Digital Twin Utilization During Commissioning

SETTY is providing comprehensive commissioning services for Phase I of the Poultry Science Complex, spanning the preconstruction design phase through construction and warranty phases.

Our commissioning scope ensures that all systems are installed, tested, and function as intended, providing a high-performance facility to meet the university’s educational and research goals. Systems commissioned include HVAC systems and controls, electrical distribution, emergency generators, lighting and daylighting controls, and domestic water systems. These efforts are crucial to optimizing the facility’s performance, sustainability, and long-term reliability.

Throughout the project, the Syyclops Digital Twin platform played a pivotal role, utilized during the design phase. The digital twin allowed for simulation of the building’s systems, ensuring seamless integration and helping engineers anticipate and address potential challenges early in the process. It also provided data-driven insights, enhancing energy efficiency and operational effectiveness.
