The Burke Lake Clubhouse includes demolition of the existing golf clubhouse and driving range. The new design includes a new 4,200 SF golf clubhouse, new 12,530 SF driving range facility, and a new 912 SF golf cart storage building. The design addresses various improvements to the site including a parking lot expansion, new putting green, new chipping area, new pathways and storm water management improvements.

The Pro Shop, Dining Area accommodates 60 persons, Kitchen Area, Golf Pro, Management/Employee Office Spaces, Restrooms, Maintenance Storage Area, and Trash Disposal Area. The two-level Driving Range is approximately 10,900 GSF. The top level has 20 uncovered tees, and 4 covered tees used for group/private parties. The bottom level has 24 covered tees, 4 of which are used for group/private parties. Outside of this structure are 16 tees on grade which are uncovered. The total driving range occupancy is 136.
