Commissioning

SETTY provided Commissioning services for the USAID Phase 2 Mobility Design Lab.

The USAID Phase 2 Mobility Design Lab is a space and furniture alteration project that will include designing and constructing new workspaces for 40,000 square feet space of the 7th floor space (i.e, 31,000 SF office space and core area, 9,000 SF Operations Center). The space will be used by the Democracy, Conflict and Humanitarian Assistance (DCHA) Bureau of USAID.

The Interior Renovation will includes construction of approx. 8,000 SF Operations Center that will consist of secured hub, meeting rooms, IT workrooms and SCIF space. The project will be LEED Commercial Interiors (CI), Version 3 certified.

The existing enclosed office suites on the south east side of the USAID section of the 7th floor will be upgraded with a new mobility design
